The Summit, held August 20-22, 2009 at MorningStar Ministries in Fort Mill, SC, was a powerful time lead by John Kilpatrick, Lance Wallnau, Samuel Rodriguez, Gordon Pennington, Rick Joyner and more. This Summit was the beginning of The Oak Initiative, a grass roots organization started by Samuel Rodriguez, Rick Joyner and other key Christian leaders.
