Membership Payment Options

There are a number of simple options that will allow you to purchase your annual membership and become a member of the Oak Initiative.  Becoming a member will join you with many others who desire to make a difference in their communities and will provide you continual resources so that you too can make a difference - right where you live.

Use Our Secure Online Store:
Click here to use our online store to purchase a one year membership to the Oak Initiative. Using a credit or debit card, you can either pay a single payment of $100.00 or make automatic payments of $10.00 a month..

     NEW: By Request, we now have a $1,000 Lifetime membership option.

Pay By Phone:
You can call us at our offices to make a payment by credit or debit card over the phone. One of our staff will be glad to assist you.  Call 1-803-547-8217 Today. (With this option, you can also arrange for $25.00 to be taken out over a four month period for a total of $100.00)

Pay By Check and/or Printed Form:
If you wish to send a check or mail in your credit or debit card details to our office simply download, print, and mail this form to us at the address on the bottom of the form and we will be glad to process your order for you.
