Dear OAK Members,

     We have been developing an OAK Initiative Chapter in our local church, and we have learned some things that I would like to pass on to you. There are other groups who are already off and running with organizing OAK Chapters too, which we are really thrilled to hear about. As these develop, we will be sharing with all of you what is being learned that can be helpful to others as well.

     Because we serve a God who is infinitely creative, even to the point of making every snowflake different, as well as every one of us different, we expect every OAK Chapter to be unique in some ways. Our unity is a unity of diversity, not a unity of conformity. The eternal truths we hold to will never change, but how they are presented can and often need to be changed. This may be why when
