Grounds for Disqualification?
(By Bill NeSmith)

Many of you may have heard about Title 18. Section 2071 entitled, 'Concealment, removal, or mutilation generally'.  You may not readily know the nomenclature but you may have recently become aware of its content.  It was probably brought up amongst controversy.  It seems in the political world, if you can make something so controversial, people will eventually ignore it – making it a ‘hot potato’ subject that has so many opinions that it is no longer possible to clearly assess what is truth and what is fiction.
