Iraq: A Compassionate Conflict, Revisited (by Josh Campbell)  -  Just over a decade ago, I wrote Could This Be A Compassionate Conflict? (April 2003), where I advocated for the liberation of Iraq. I did not just argue that we should remove Saddam Hussein because of his WMDs, but that we were bringing justice to the oppressed, calling it “evangelical” – that to whom much was given, much was required.
