There are a number of simple options that will allow you to purchase your annual membership and become a member of the Oak Initiative.  Becoming a member will join you with many others who desire to make a difference in their communities and will also provide you continual resources so that you too can make a difference - right where you live.  Here are some ways to get involved or Join The Oak, get involved and be engaged.

Pay By Phone:

Pay By Check and/or Printed Form:
If you wish to send a check or mail in your credit or debit card details to our office simply download, print, and mail this form to us at the address on the bottom of the form and we will be glad to process your order for you.
